Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds red potatoes,washed, quartered
  • 1 pound green beans,cut in thirds
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, quartered
  • 1 pound crawfish
  • 1 teaspoon old bay
  • 4 cups water
  • FOR DRESSING
  • 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon creole mustard
  • 1 teaspoon creole seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup scallions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: In stock pot put potatoes and green beans with water and old bay

  • Step 2: I like a lighter seasoning ,if you want bump it up

  • Step 3: When almost cooked add mushrooms

  • Step 4: And boil

  • Step 5: Add crawfish and cook until just pink ,if your not saving the stock peel the crawfish

  • Step 6: Dip out everything and chill

  • Step 7: Save the stock for soup if you wish

  • Step 8: Mix up dressing and add to the salad

  • Step 9: They add some hot sauce to some recipes ,I'm not doing that
