"This goes back many years, choose any flavor of Jello that you like. Make certain to drain the juice very well from the crushed pineapple I put it in a strainer and push it down with a spoon to remove all juice. I found this in my "Favorites" paper files and do not have a serving amount. If you have a sweet tooth I suggest to add in some sugar"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place the cottage cheese and Jello in a bowl then blend very well. Fold in thawed Cool Whip. Then add drained crushed pineapple and mix.
Step 2
Pour/divide into desired size dessert bowls. Chill at least 4 hours before serving (even better if chilled overnight).
