I loved this dish! Beans and tomatoes, you can't go wrong. I served this with homemade enchiladas and it was a perfect side dish. I used some special grated habaneros to give it even a little more heat. Not to much! Just perfect. Made for Derf's Cookathon, and her sad passing. Thank you, Derf! Love from the farm.
