Ahhh the advantage of having a parent who posts all their recipies online. When I want one I can find it. Been thinking about this cake for aggggges got a new mixer so made it to test it out. Yum yum did not disappoint. A slice is most lovely with some good quality butter either cold or warmed up. Also nice if warmed up on a flat sandwich press (but don't squished) so it's a tiny bit toasted. Yum yum yum.
