HAPPY MONDAY EVERYONE!!

One of the ladies I cook for; it is her birthday today. So, I'm cooking a dinner party for she and 7 guests.

Stuffed cherry peppers and cherry tomatoes (1 w/blue cheese, 1 w/herb goat cheese); mixed roasted spicy nuts; http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/crab-s ... aise-21495; a variation of http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/perfec ... roast-3619; http://www.recipeshubs.com/chilled-aspa ... alad/32870; http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/simple- ... y-mousse-0
- peppers, tomatoes, nuts, and mousse done. Her daughter flew down to celebrate; so, she will be decorating everything.

Me: Blackened sauteed snapper w/corn jalapeno salsa; grilled romaine; leftover orzo from Fri

I have days like that too. Usually soup from my freezer stash. Anything easy, right?

Me also, I hate Mondays and don't really cook anything fancy, I'm making some "I-don't-really-know-what-it-is-soup" just threw in some chicken bones I had in the freezer, going to add some other things not sure what :?

I always have a stash of 4-5 containers of soup on hand; usually for those I DON'T want to COOK nights. And, mine are usually no recipe soups too. A clean out the fridge soup
