I'll bet your tamales are outstanding.

Nope. Still don't want your recipe or instructions.

Way too much trouble for just the two of us. ;)

Can't corrupt you any more . . . ;) . You're right about making for just two . . .I was cooking for 5 last night, but still have a dozen left! Will freeze them!
Today I think I'm going to try a new bread recipe . . . Pan a l'Ancieene Rustic Bread! It's a VERY wet dough and can be used for Ciabatta, focaccia, even mini baguette! We're having an Italian dinner Saturday night . . . maybe I should wait a day or two, only last four days i the fridge. Maybe today will be pizza day!!!

Unless you are offering me some good tequila, my corruption is at a stand still for now.

Lots of the Mexican folks here will have tamale making parties. Maybe someday I'll attempt tamale making but not any time soon.
I am going to bake the remainder of the sourdough later today. It's pizza for dinner here so the oven will be warmed. I don't think I could handle a much wetter dough. When I was working with the sourdough your words kept running through my head "keep your hands wet". Any wetter and I would have been making bread in the bathtub.

Next time try adding a little more flour, tablespoon at a time. OR, if it's really wet, instead of using wet hands, lightly flour your hands and the board when doing the folding. I think mine was too wet the first time too!
Just made Peter's pizza crust . . .have five sandwich bags full of dough in the fridge. Tomorrow we're going to have a family build-your-own pizza party. Had to get as much done as possible today . . . bringing our 5 year old grandson back with us for the night and then a movie tomorrow, so doubt he'll give me much of a break!

The build your own pizza party sounds like great fun. I love building pizzas!
