Your welcome. I have one more that I received I just submitted it so when It is ok'd I will post a cheesy potato recipe. It is still so popular it is still served at all potlucks and church function dinners in Utah I love this type of potato dish

It doesn't have instructions if you want to use frozen hash browns but I have a similar recipe that uses frozen has browns so go to it - It is so yummy

Hi muffinlady, seems you may have been posting while some programming was happening. That recipe is popular in many areas and everyone seems to enjoy it - much as they do the breakfast dishes using potatoes. Reminds me how long it's been since I have made that old fashioned potato dish.
Circumstances saw to a change of plans and we didn't manage to take in our Sunday potluck. Time also being a factor didn't allow me to make two dishes - so for this time around went with my http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/sweet- ... -meatballs which is now in the freezer needing only a pot of rice for those time I need a meal in a hurry. Would have loved to go the potluck but know there are others in the planning.
