Bienvenue chère Genevieve,

The tomato powder (Dehydrated tomato soup mix) is not a common ingredient I guess, as I am asked about it quite often by members who are interested in trying this recipe. Some people have used tomato paste instead of the powder and were happy with the results. I actually use Lipton Cup-A-Soup Tomato for this recipe.

It is a common item here in Canada and I see from your profile that you are from Canada also. Hopefully this helps you out.
