I'm RiverRat, also from Zaar,and I'm especially interested in French cooking. Is there a forum for that, or are those recipes and discussions included in among the other forums? I have a large organic potager and I am also a painter. Right now I have several baskets of long sweet peppers that I'm trying to find homes for since we are maxed out! And I just spent the afternoon helping DH bottle his second wine. Fall is here!
I see some familiar faces and I'm looking forward to finding more old friends and some new ones.

Oh, I know. I have a couple of other friends in France and they often post messages at 2 or 3 a.m. Eastern Standard Time when I'm sleeping?

No Lindsey was already taken on this board so I reverted to the name my Dad used to call me when I was little.
