Garlic Caesar Salad Dressing?

I am looking for some good recipes! All welcome!
Have a hankering for Caesar Salad...had one last night at Appleby's and it really hit the spot! Along with a couple of Skinny Margueritas! :lol:

I didn't see that on here either and I looked! I made this as part of our Christmas dinner and even made the homemade croutons - which were amazing - and it was delicious.

My only complaint, if I had one - the dressing is a bit thick for me. I thinned it down...and then thinned it down some more. But all excellent, even Mr Picky Pants liked it :lol:

I have been having this incredible craving for fruit and salads!!!!
Chicken Caesar Salad! I have been eating it for days now and can't seem to get enough of it!!!!
We cut up a fresh pineapple, added red seedless globe grapes, kiwi, tangelo segments, and cut up pear!!!! OMG!!!! Scrumptious! :lol:
I am going to go and make this up as soon as I get done here!
By the way....I like it thick. Love the way it coats everything! I even have Romano and Parmesan to grate on top with cracked pepper!!!! Mmmmm.....
Tonight we are having chili, but for lunch tomorrow I am pigging out on Chicken Caesar Salad! Yum! :D
Now I am second guessing the Chili...but I promised my sweetheart...so... ;)

Well, last night I did switch it up! :lol: We had Broiled Cod with a lime and orange butter sauce and guess what????? A Caesar Salad ala Kitten's Caesar Dressing!!!!! Mmmmm.....mmmm....delicious!!!! And a fruit salad for desert!!!! :D
