Crispy Chicken Drums with Just a Kiss of Heat -Air Fryer
Post
by QueenBea » Fri Apr 21, 2023 9:39 pm
This
air fryer chicken recipe offers just a bit of heat, but it is not short on flavour!! The combination of the
Frank’s RedHot sauce with the panko and Parmesan breading make these drumsticks sinfully delicious!! The coating is nice and crispy and the inside is so tender and juicy. Keep in mind that there is a 2 hour sit time for the brine so make sure you set enough time aside for this step. If following a gluten free diet, simply sub the regular panko for gluten free panko.

That looks wonderful Bea. I am sure DH would love that.
I have thought about buying an air fryer, but just don't know if I would use one that much.
Looking at your gorgeous photo I might have to think about it.

Haha Tis, It took me a long time before I finally broke down and bought my air fryer and I don't regret it one bit. The only complaint I have is that it is bulky and takes up a lot of cupboard space, but we use it at least 3 to 4 times a week. So, a good investment.

Great looking chicken! Yes to air fryers. I have the the round Kuraidori and the Ninja with two basket which allow for duel times and temps. Wouldn't part with either if them!

Thx Gerry! I am tempted to buy a dual air fryer. The only thing stopping me is how bulky it is... Maybe when the one I have dies I will buy a dual type air fryer.

Looks delicious! Love that spicy coasting. Wonder how it would work in a convection oven?
