Mushroom Pate

I have enjoyed this a few times over the last few weeks.
I served it at the day after Christmas and New Year and everyone loved it. I have made it using the onion version and also tried it with leeks. Both ways were really very nice.
I also stirred it through some pasta.... Yummo! :D

Bea, I had some pate left over and thought "Why the hell not, mix through some pasta?" ...lol
