Hang on there Virgos. You can't claim exclusive rights to lists and schedules. We probably all can sing a chorus of "makin' a list and checkin' it twice . . ."

but who is to say who's "been naughty or nice"?

(excuse errors, please. My computer took a vacation a week ago and may not return.   This is on a borrowed laptop that doesn't like me very much, and the feelin is mutual.)

Another list will bite the dust today. It's my "perishable" list for the market. Planned to finish yesterday but only one of the prescriptions was ready at Target. Waited until today so I can pick up everything at the same time. A dash to Target may not sound like a big deal but my Target is 15 miles away. :( I'm sure it will be a bit crazy today but oh well. An old broad without her estrogen isn't a pretty sight. 8-)

It is just how we Virgos are!!!! :D
Oh, I always did that when I was young and never forgot a single thing  Never, ever had to write a list and did my shopping MANY years on Dec 23 or Cmas Eve. And worked full time. I have NO clue how I got all that done, LOL!

Well - all that searching for seafood appetizer recipes, grocery list, etc? Scratch it, because we decided since Cmas Eve is on Sat night and it's supposed to be warm, we're going out to dinner on the river. Good grief! We both really love the idea though. I mean, that's why we moved here is to be able to dine outside on Cmas Eve, right? So we'll be going here and I will be having my favorite mussels with linguine!

Here I am enjoying a glass of wine there in the adirondacks on my birthday

Virgos Unite!!
I can be very spontaneous ... but ... for large parties or a special occasion, I like it planned.

Now one year we were stuck out of town in a small town in a cabin. Almost like one of those Hallmark movies. It wasn't much different. Well, even with nothing, I STILL planned and made a list and we had my family and 3 friends that all got stuck with us and we had dinner and Christmas. BUT ... I remember everyone looking at me like I was crazy. I made a list and schedule for everything. I guess when the snow subsided and we left 2 days later, NO complaints that I pulled off Christmas with a tree, dinner and breakfast and a sort of ham Christmas dinner as well. And the ham was from a can ... small town, it was the only ham they had.

I guess I just gotta make my lists no matter where I am.
OMG! I know, I know!!!! When we go camping we are the only ones who are having Egg McMuffins, or blueberry pancakes or french toast, homefries, and toast or muffins and fresh brewed coffee!!!!!
I tell Kevin..."You see how lucky you are? Look at those guys eating old sub sandwiches from the little general store!!!!!"
We eat like we are at home and comfy as can be!!!! I even bring my own homemade potato salad and lots of goodies...table cloth and all!!! We camp like a king and queen!!!! :D
Even the inside of our tent is like a persian king's residence on some desert oasis!!!
It is a cross to bare being a virgo sometimes...but we do enjoy life...even when roughing it (cough cough) in a tent!!!!!

Okay, I'm no Virgo, but I have 400 TC sheets for camping, a 3 room tent and a coffee maker that sits on top the camp stove - it's a brew style. We always have fresh coffee and Dave cooks while I lounge about. We do like it to be comfortable, definitely! Everyone should have one of these coffee makers, they are the BOMB. Takes about 10 minutes.
