Hey, Don. Welcome back. Wow, are you disciplined and ambitious to plan ahead a week. I'm lucky if I can think of what to make right before dinner.
Shapes, chili sounds really good.
Tonight I'm making marinated/baked salmon, fresh green beans and maybe corn.

Last night we went to a Chinese buffet. I baked an apple pie earlier in the day. For lunch before that I make macaroni goulash.
I have no idea so far today- maybe some sort of tacos. I have some seasoned meat in the freezer so could put that together fast if I wait too long deciding.

Love Chinese food, especially buffet, so I can fill up on egg rolls. And apple pie, to die for!

Tonight I made a one-skillet dinner of browned Italian turkey sausage medallions, onions, peppers, mushrooms, potatoes and cabbage with lots of spices.
One more meal to make and we're off to Seattle to visit our son and daughter-in-law for 11 days. He just started a new job, so they can't come home for Christmas, so they invited us out for Thanksgiving!
