Going to a cookout this afternoon to celebrate 3
different birthdays. So no cooking for me tonight.

Last night I made turkey sausage sandwiches, corn on the cob, leftover carrots and peas, and salad.
Today I'm making braised beef roast with potatoes and carrots, cooked low and slow.

Sides will be Fajita Seasoned rice and Broccoli.

so it's Tuna Salad Sandwiches & Potato Chips .

Tonight I'm making marinated/grilled pork chops and I'm not sure what for sides.
