Tonight it was leftover roast beef cut in cubes in a rich brown gravy with chopped red peppers, onions, garlic and chopped rosemary, served over penne pasta.

Tonight it's grilled chicken breasts with grilled peaches, corn on the cob and more green and yellow wax beans from the garden (getting a little tired of them).
