Coconut Rice

I made and served this rice to serve with Luvcookn's Asian Meatball recipe.
I was so lucky that DS found these and retrieved them as well for me.

Complete artistry! ... Note to Self: Time to figure out how she does this w/every pic she takes. Could it be there are just some people blessed w/the talent for it & then there's others like myself who are green with envy. Sigh.
