WE'RE GETTING CLOSER AND CLOSER TO 2017! ARE YOU READY?
I'm Still Battling My Injury, So Not Much Cooking Here ...

Today's Cooking ...
Lady #2+8: Lunch at the beach. I did the menu,my catering friend is handling the rest.

Grilled sandwiches - chicken, fig, and brie; steak w/horseradish sauce, pickled veggies; seafood salad w/grilled fruit and fontina
Asparagus pasta salad; corn tomato; mixed greens; roasted vegetable
A couple of appies and, fried mushrooms and fries by the guests
Key lime/coconut ice cream for dessert
----------
Me, back to my mac an cheese tonight; salad; fruit

I think I can handle boiling water for the mac, lol.

Another great way to use leftover ham. You can add bacon, ham, tomatoes, broccoli, even mushrooms, Makes it a great main dish!

Just soup for us tonight, I had lots of frozen chicken bones saved from past roasted chickens that was taking us way too much freezer room, I don't mind soup once in a while :?

That is an all time FAVORITE. I love potato/kraut or potato/cheese. Sauteed w/onions, butter and finished w/ sour cream. My problem, I eat way too many

Pink, I have soup almost weekly; and always have 3-4 containers in the freezer

No Kchurchill5 just going to stay at home, I've done those parties it's not fun anymore hanging with a bunch of drunks, besides you can't drive..
