This was the first time that I have seen it here. We have Buffalo all the time because we have a couple of Buffalo ranches near by.

It has a slightly wild taste but not too strong. I find it hard to describe perhaps Bea can describe it better. I found it tobe very plesant.

It is very similar to beef in taste, but more like moose meat. Slightly gamey but not as gamey as venison. Althought it is closer to moose in taste, it is more similar to venison when it comes to how lean it is.

Thanks Bea I don't have that much experience with game never having had a hunter in the family. But always wishing i did have :D :D :D :D :D :D

Thanks Sweetness - I loved it and because there were two extra patties that I put in the freezer I m having another tomorrow night just no bun
