Happy Mothers Day Weekend Everyone!!
So, does anyone have any special Mothers Day Plans?

Lady #3+2: Road Trip Package (they picked it up this am on their way out of town) - Virgin bloody mary's; http://www.recipezazz.com/…/green-egg-t ... truck-spec…; spicy mustard grilled chorizo bites; fresh fruit salad w/coconut yogurt dressing.

I'm helping out a friend; and, making 2 dishes of http://www.recipezazz.com/reci…/nine-la ... -dip-23702 for his party. He injured his knee; so, I offered to help out.

My Dinner: Creamed chicken over biscuits; peas & lima beans, or maybe just a salad.

My Mothers Day ... probably nothing personally. My son will probably call; but, he takes after his Dad ... Holiday's aren't his thing.

I think since the weather is nice; a nice beach walk, some gardening - and, probably make my Mom's favorite omlette for breakfast.

Thanks Kchurchill5, and HMD to you also! We just had a large Caesar's salad, I tossed in some cooked grilled chicken, fast and easy, we enjoyed it!
