What WAS on Your Plate & and WHAT'S for Dinner Tonight 4/7
Today is pretty easy for me ...
Lady #3+1: http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/baked- ... toes-22537; bibb green salad w/lemon vinaigrette
Me: Burrito (freezer stash, this one is beef and rice) over greens w/all the toppings (sour cream, olives, salsa, cheese, maybe avocado); and fruit
It takes just minutes in the micro; then, top with salsa and cheese; plate over greens and add any other toppings.
I make these all the time with leftovers - chicken, rice, ground beef, pork beans, etc.; and, freeze individually.

Tonight I'm being really lazy. Just Nathan's hot dogs and baked beans.

Hey, at my friends BBQ the other night ... Dogs and baked beans on my plate. One of my favorites. Yellow mustard, onions, and sweet relish for me!lovinretirement wrote:KC, burritos sound great

Caesar and shrimp; and, pizza. Chaz and DD, sounds delicious. Who does NOT like pizza. I could literally eat pizza 2-3x/wk.

My dinner got put on hold. Ever have one of those days ... where nothing went as planned. TODAY was one.
I know it is only 7; but, I'm just not hungry. I did have some cheese and crackers for a late lunch. I still have an errand to run; so, unfortunately I just don't want anything much. I'm thinking of a small tuna fish salad wrap with tomato, lettuce.
