I'm Late Again ... But, here at last!
So, How's Everyone Doing Today?

Today's Cooking ...
Lady #3: A new salmon and prosciutto wrapped cod recipe over spinach couscous; roasted tomatoes.
Me: Meeting with the director of a nursing home for dinner. I will be teaching a cooking class in a couple of weeks; and, we are meeting to discuss the details.

That's it for me ... What's your plans for dinner?

Last night I made my Lemon-Rosemary Spaghetti http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/lemon- ... icken-5089, except with shrimp instead of chicken. Tonight it was just Nathan's hot dogs and mac 'n cheese.

Dan D, I have ribs in the freezer; I need to get them out. Sausage and rice sounds delish.

I now know what food is like at a retirement/nursing home center. OMG, horrible.
I will be teaching a cooking class for those who live in private roomsthat have a kitchen; where they have the option of cooking for themselves; or eat in the main dining hall. They need round the clock medical care; but, still able to live by themselves.

It should be fun to come up with something they can make.
Anyways, that was my night ... I was so hungry when I came home ... POPCORN with butter. Something I don't do too often.
