Ladies #1 and #2 decided to have a small get-together. Sort of last minute, but they are so easy, I don't mind.
- http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/carawa ... enderloins, same as was planning to make for myself, but ended up just grilling 1 and saving the other for this recipe
- Sauteed red and green cabbage with onions and a lite butter vinegar sauce
- Roasted red potatoes
- Dessert, pumpkin bread pudding
Me: No poker night, but 2 guys are stopping over for a light dinner before they head to work (they own a charter business; and they are taking a group out night fishing). Grilled pizzas and a big salad. Nothing fancy. A bit chilly tonight, so sending them so hot spiced cider and a batch of cookies for the them and the customers.

I have some farmer's sausage that I thought I might make a pasta dish. Or just grill & make scalloped potatoes by French Tart.
Have a great weekend everyone!

We went back up to the mountains this week to close up the house for the winter. Stayed an extra night in beautiful downtown Winsow, AZ
