Tonight it's just store-bought rotisserie chicken breasts, baked sweet potatoes and homemade applesauce.

Tonight it's crab cakes served over top of sauted portobella mushroom caps with spaghetti sauce in cap and mozzarella melted on top after crab cakes were put on. With that was corn and some leftover macaroni salad.

Lovin, thx for starting November. I had some weird internet issues with this site and others. It had nothing to do with Zazz, just my internet. I could post on a few threads; but, not on others.

Then, I couldn't even log in. Finally, my internet is fixed. So, apologies for not stopping in.

I'm hoping maybe we can move this thread; and, possibly do a daily post; so we can get a few more people to participate. I am contacting Kitten on this. I would love to get more people involved if possible.

Well, the last week, I have cooked; but no real recipes for the most part.
I enjoyed some of my stuffed shells, a new salmon recipe, a couple of salads, chili, and soup; etc. Last night pork fried rice and baked egg rolls.

Tonight, I am using a gift certificate I got for my bday back in Aug. A fun little bistro; maybe do happy hour there with a friend.

Everyone sounds like they have had a few good dinners. I need to get back to some fave recipes; just been very crazy lately. We all have those weeks don't we?

Sounds good. I wish lamb wasn't so $$. It is a fortune for ground lamb right now. I would eat it WAY more. I just have to wait for a sale.
