MsP, I have been cooking for 2 of them for almost 5 years; the other one, almost 3.
Originally they gave me a list of what they didn't like, and what they couldn't it. Basically, the list was very small. All of them very open to pretty much anything.

I make the menu for the upcoming week on Friday; and email it to them. Rarely due they change it. Sometimes, they will add a small party during the week; and, I don't mind changing the plan a bit. But, they are very easy to work with.

So, no list to choose from. But, every couple of weeks, I send them a list of ideas. Main dishes, sides, salads, desserts, etc. Sometimes, they will ask me for a particular dish, but usually not.

They also let me know when they will be out of town or busy; so, I can plan for that. I also have a key to their house, so I can drop off a pot of soup or casserole to have when they get back.

After so many years, we really have it down pat! Honestly, I couldn't ask for 3 nicer ladies. Makes my job very easy.

Morning!

MsP, how did the chicken come out?
Shapes, sounds delicious, as always. And Dis, that casserole pic looks so good. Delicious!!

Another stellar day today; a little yard work is the plan. A pretty easy cooking for the ladies; and myself as well. Work tonight, so I would love to eat before 8 which seems to be the pattern lately. A little sleep would be nice.

Ladies #1 and #2: Baked breaded Greek pork chops; couscous with chickpeas, fresh herbs, and lemon; roasted beets w/white wine mustard vinaigrette

Me: http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/easy-beef-pot-pie-2307; tomato cucumber salad; fruit for dessert

Morning,

Well, the site was down; but, now seems to be back up and running. TGIT, Thursday that is. Busy day.

A friend is stopping by for an early lunch; then, heading south to see relatives. floridasportsman/2012/06/19/best-smoked-fish/, is pretty much what I use; but, I add a little sour cream, and Old bay, always saltine crackers; food.dotom/…/creamy-and-healthy-quick-potato-soup-…; carrot cake cookies for her drive south
I smoked the fish yesterday - dip done, and cookies are out of the oven. The soup takes 30 minutes if that.

Dinner, back to http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/easy-beef-pot-pie-2307, tomato cucumber salad. Last night, I ended up with a very late BLT and fries.

Good morning!
The chicken came out delicious. I added some Tony Chachere's to the flour. It was just for me, so I just made a drum and a thigh.
Tonight I'm going to have your Easy Braised Balsamic Chicken with some pumpkin gnocchi.

ENJOY and thx. The pumpkin gnocchi sounds delicious. I love pumpkin flavor in anything.
Glad the chicken came out well.

I have a group I play poker with usually (we have taken a break); but, it is back on starting next Friday. Fried chicken, mushrooms and onions are one of their favorites. Anything to get out the big toys, lol. (turkey fryers, smokers, Big in ground rotisseries, etc). I'm sure chicken will be on the menu soon.

Last night we had breakfast for supper, and there was a lot leftover, so we are having that again tonight. I made homemade biscuits, sausage gravy, baked egg casserole, fried potatoes and fruit.

MsP, glad your chicken turned out well! Love fried chicken!

DIs, that sounds like a winner of a dinner to me :D I love breakfast so much that I do that at least a couple of times a month!!

I did shopping today, so there are many possibilities for tonight. Actually, I'm so tired from being in town most of the day, I'll do something easy and light. I'm thinking a deli roast beef, Swiss cheese on poppy seed garlic ciabatta roll with some MW potato chips. We are under a winter storm watch for tomorrow night and Saturday with up to 6 inches of heavy wet snow. I had to prepare for the possibility of losing power, thus the deli sandwich stuff

I enjoy a good sandwich night. I usually pull out a container of soup; and make something. At least for me, I can use the grill. Well, most of the time.

I also have my mini coleman single burner I use for camping. It has come in handy so many times when tropical storms come through. No power and raining. I have used it countless times. Live in a place where power outages and rain are common ... you learn.

Good to reheat things; and good for coffee, eggs, bacon, etc. I can remember sitting in my garage making spaghetti on my little 1 burner for my entire family, Grandpa and Aunt; as they were evacuated due to a hurricane; and my house was inland. 8 people in a very small house, we just moved into - no power, rain, and a little 1 burner stove to cook in the garage. It was a very interesting day in a half !!!

Morning Everyone, and TGIF!

Any Halloween plans?
No trick or treating in my development, not allowed. But, I did carve my pumpkin, lit it up the last 3 nights; and, tonight of course. It's just me, but I enjoy it.

Going to be a chilly weekend, well for FL hat is. considering smoking a brisket or pork roast; and, maybe a pot of beer cheese soup. Good sunday football food.

Today ...
Ladies #1 and #2: Dropping off cranberry muffins w/orange walnut butter. They are getting home late tonight - Thought they would like breakfast

Me: My friend is back in town for a quick breakfast; before heading north; so, Bloody Mary's; a creamy ham, potato, and spinach stuffed portabello mushroom, topped with a poached egg; fruit
Made everything last night - just reheat

Dinner is salad - Mixed greens, egg, tuna, olives, artichokes, Feta, tomatoes, onions, cucumber, etc.; homemade bread, in the ABM
