Morning,

A bit late, been busy prepping a few things for tomorrows cooking. Felix, I love "Snow Globe" Days, however, that isn't the norm. I used to hate the bitter cold, grey, icy and slushy days. At least it looks like you aren't getting any snow for Thursday, chilly however.
Turning chilly here too ... Well for FL that is.

Today's Cooking ...

The ladies #1 and #2 decided to eat lighter today too; getting ready for their TG day on Wed.
A pot of classic chicken noodle, a big green salad, and a loaf of honey wheat bread.

Me, using up one of my freezer bags of ravioli w/a fresh tomato garlic sauce; garden greens and veggies for a salad ... and maybe a slice of garlic bread.

"The lake effect snow machine will crank up this evening." Or, you know, while we were in the grocery store this morning. Either way. There was a dusting of snow when we left the house. By the time we got back there was over an inch. I haven't looked at the weather forecast...we've hit the time of year when I simply don't want to know. ;)

Dinner tonight will be #recipe7632, with #recipe9208, black olives, sour cream, and salsa for garnishes. I'm really, really looking forward to running the oven since it's all of 64F in my house.

Those sound good. Swai goes on sale now and then for 2.99/lb Bargain. Then are actually very tasty; bland ... but it allows to really add flavor. Very similar to tilapia as far as the blandness, but similar in texture to catfish in a way.

Do you have a recipe, that would be fun to make. Sounds good

Pretend I wrote that about the tortilla casserole tomorrow. Totally forgot I had leftover fish, green beans, and savory oatmeal...and if we don't eat them, I'll have nowhere to put the casserole in the fridge.

We are having Chili! It is cold out, and we have had some sleet falling out of the sky today, ugh!

Deepster sounds yummy. Felix ... on my tomorrow calendar ... and Elsie, YUCK! Sleet. Not fun.

Rain tomorrow here ... well so they say. Then cooler. It will be nice. After TG Xmas goes up. Hate doing it when it is 85 out. It sort of ruins the Holiday spirit.
