Oooo, that looks so yummy Bergy.

It must be a Mexican pot-luck today, lol.

I made this yesterday and took a picture just so I could post it here. I have been making this for ages and decided to make it gluten free and it was just as yummy. It is always a hit and the dish always comes back empty. What is good about this is that you can do all the prep the day before, refrigerate it, then just toss it in the oven to heat through just before the event.

Those meals look so good. Love the look of both of those mexican dishes. The salad also looks so good too. It looks creamy!

That looks like one that would be an absolute winner here - printed and set aside for my gluten free friends. I'm sure it tastes as good as it looks! :)

A cold, rainy weekend saw most of our potluck meals indoors. Weather didn't coperate but non the less we enjoyed our mini potlucks. Some of my family potluck offerings, appetizers, starts and recipes I know are family favorites.

We would love to have you Bergy!

Fresh veggie platters are must make when we gather ... and a shrimp starter! Good thing we have such great recipes here at Zazz makes it super easy to add variety to our gatherings!

Are you making plans for our Canadian long weeknd in August?

Contractors are supopsosed to be back this coming week, which could mean no kitchen or back entry for the long weekend. Thinking it's a good thing I have freezers, a fridge and a newly installed a laundry singk downstairs ... BUT if my back entry is taped off... would have to go with the mini fridge in the garage and the bbq. Could take some serious planning! Yes the contactor often works on weekends.
