I would go with 1 tsp each NJMOM, that looks like a really great recipe!

1 tsp sounds about right. I hate cilantro so I wouldn't use it, it does look like a really good recipe!

I would go with the same, 1 teaspoon each, not a lover of cilantro either, you either love it or hate it :D

Usually it's about half of what fresh would be. But I've tried dried cilantro and it just doesn't taste the same.

i agree; dried cilantro does not taste very good!
