We just LOVE our two kitties who I stole away from our son. That will teach him to let me take care of them for a month while he got moved and settled. He did not get them back. I guilted him into relinquishing them by telling him how much his 90 year old grandmother (who lives with us) just loves them. It worked! They are brother and sister and they are hilarious together, It is also how different siblings can be brought up with the same "parents." We had an only child, so it is interesting to watch their interaction, Seems to be just like kids with very different personalities. I know I am late, but I will dig up a couple of pictures to post. Like yours, they do that laying on the back thing! Our baby boy cat also just LOVES to ride on my Mother's walker whenever she uses it too. So CUTE! Thanks for announcing the special day for kitties!

I didn't know this! It's perfect timing though, since yesterday we agreed to adopt Robby's daughter's calico cat CiCi. We're keeping our fingers crossed that BeeGee will except her. Now we'll have a BeeGee (big grey) and CiCi (calico cat)! I think it was meant to be.

Tink, I had to check...National Dog Day is August 26th. I marked it on my calendar so we can celebrate it next year. :D
