Leftover Thanksgiving Stuffing

Post by lovinretirement » Sat Nov 09, 2019 11:04 am

Here's an idea for your leftover Thanksgiving stuffing (if there's any left!) instead of just reheating it. Put balls of it in a heated waffle iron that's been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Leave in there till they're almost crispy. Then you can use them as the bread for a leftover turkey sandwich, or put mashed potatoes and gravy on top, or put some cranberry sauce on top with some toasted pecans and crumbled goat cheese like a salad. So many things you can do with them. Just use your imagination

You can also make a bread pudding with it.
