Physical therapy had a 150 waiting list. Asked Dr. If he had some exercises I could do while waiting. Took neighbor 6 months to get in. But dr. Called them and I was in in a couple of days

Reason such a long wait as all MIRs and cat scans are now by Dr. Required first physical therapy. Since it is everywhere it is probably a insurance issue.
