I see the count of people viewing this post going up and up but only 3 to 4 of us are participating!
Everyone, please post. If you have no idea, just guess. It is all in fun and no one is keeping score, its just for fun, to get us talking! Or just keep on lurking, at least we see people, other than us are looking! ;)

Ha! Nope.
Ok I will tell you. I let it sit here a couple days hoping to get more participation.
"Centrifugal Ice Cream Freezer" is stamped across the metal top.
To create ice cream, ice and salt were put into the metal cylinder that closes at the end. The mix for ice cream was put into the wooden box/container and the cylinder was then turned using the handle. (The handle is missing in this example). That must be the reason you guys didn't get it. You didn't know it cranked. ;)

This next one looks obvious, but it wasn't used for cheese or veggies.

Dissie I am not playing your game because I have an unfair advantage! Historical cooking and gadgets have been my passion for over 25 years, I will let the other members post.
The whole site participation is down, summer has a way of doing that with vacations and just being outdoors slows thing down!
It is a grater but most folks would never get it!

How about a nutmeg grater or ginger grater?
