What's Up Today

Elsie, I know what you mean about Walmart. When I lived in GA, there was a huge one about 1/2 mile away, it was the same exact way, took forever to check out. Then I found a smaller one, kind of tucked into a neighborhood, and it didn't matter what time of day, there were only about 20 cars or less in the parking lot. It wasn't as big as the one closest to me but more of a grocery store sized one. It didn't carry everything the big one did, but groceries yes! You never waited in line...it was great. I never told a sole where it was, and drove the extra 5 miles to visit my find! ;)

I went to the ER tonight. Just got home. I have had a stomach problem lately. Its been going on about 2 weeks. They did blood tests and all of that is good. Liver was good, kidneys good. They think I have a bacteria in my bowels that is causing this. Run its course, that kind of crap. I wanted them to "fix" me! Anyway, home tonight and may not go to work tomorrow either.

Sitting here looking out the window at what was supposed to be 12+ inches of snow, Not! We got maybe 3 inches and it did not stick to the roads. Schools and business' were closing faster then poop through a goose last night, guess the joke was on them.

Would ya believe it is snowing here too on March 6th !! covering up my blooming crocus, it is supposed to be spring

Guess i should be happy though that we are not getting so bad as you are out there no closures

I think that is the storm headed for us on Tues. and Wed. we are ready for it!
Not much happened over the weekend, my youngest turned 20 on the 3rd. She found an apartment so she will be moving out of her sisters today.
I have not been doing much cooking since I am having a relaspe of my CIDP, kinda makes it hard to do much cooking and my wife is working so many hours she is seldom here any more. I hope tp get back to cooking and photographing foods soon.

I hope you get better soon shadows, I miss seeing your lovely photos.

I was over at my egg ladoes to pick up a dozen and there were crocus's, and snow drops galore.
YES! Spring has sprung or as Ogden Nash would say:

Spring is sprung, the grass is riz.
I wonders where the birdies is.
They say the birds is on the wing.
Ain't that absurd?
I always thought the wing was on the bird.
