Kitten, I'm thanking Mom every day, god rest her soul. She went through Menopause at 49-50, same here. NO anything. She got hot flashes, me. My hair got dark and dry; sleep, horrible; but it always was. But otherwise, NOT much else. It was done and gone in 6 months if that. More like 3 and 3 lingerling months. Thank you MOM. Great traits I inherited. LOLKittencal wrote:Menopausal you say Mary? God help me!!! I open my sliding patio door even in this extreme cold, I can't even go into a store with coming out with my hair dripping wet yes even in the winter!don't even ask what happens at night!! my doctor cut the my estrogen dosage and I'm paying for it badly

Thanks Bergy. I never thought of that, but whatever the scale is, it's still cold where some of us are huddled around a steaming cup of tea and a lot warmer in the southern U.S.Bergy wrote:Remember we are talking Celcius and Farenheit temps here
Kitten's -45 C = -49 F
Dissie's -10 F = -23 C
