Hey Bobbie!!!!! I missed seeing you too!!!! You always make me smile and chuckle!
My favorite is the snowflake too! I love the two at a time tool as it makes it go so much faster!
What Kevin did for me was to widen the two prongs and I make a double batch of batter and split it between two of those zip lock containers, side by side and dip them both at the same time.
Works great!!!! :D
Then I use my electric fry pan and it goes in nicely corner to corner. Didn't fit in my deep fat fryer. Not wide enough.
Have fun! They are delicious and so inexpensive a treat too!

I remember that Mom had one of the two pronged handle also. I can't remember us using it that much. I'm sure it was due to the size of pan she had the hot oil in. Sometimes we would put too much powdered sugar on the rosettes and when taking the first bite, we would inhale too much of the powdered sugar and choke on it!!!!!

I'd love to have your recipe. I haven't thought of these for such a long time.

I know!!!! :lol: I use my small holed strainer! I have to be careful too! :D
I have to post some of my recipes soon. When all the hoopla is over and I get a chance to enjoy some spare time!
Lately I have been cooking, cleaning, baking, cleaning, and multipy that by kazillion! :lol:
After New Year's Day it will settle down and Kevin and I will be back weighing ourselves and trying to get in shape for the spring work!
That darned scale! Ah hate it!!! :roll:
