Can you tell me about Coconut oil?

I have only watched his show. He is very informative and its really good information he shares. I have no idea what your neighbor is buying from him, because I am not one to buy whatever someone is selling. I watch him occasionally to see what is going on with him now. He does have informative information. Sorry about your neighbor getting on some list for whoever is selling things. Maybe he shared his list of magazine scripts with his advertisers. Can't fault him for things his advertisers send out to those customers.

So far I have read just a couple things about the oil.
Nothing yet suggests to me that it is any better or worse than olive oil.
Dissy I don't think I could stand that oil slick you mentioned you got.
In the mean time I have lost 5 pounds.
Don't ask me how...I'm not sure I even know!

Kberry, after I was low carbing for a while, I started to just put a tablespoon in my mouth and swallowing. At first it was awful, hard to swallow, but I did it in 3 teaspoons at a time, and it got really easy after a while. I would have tried anything to curb my appetite. It really does work to curb appetite, it coats your stomach, making it think you are full.
