Hi Ellie. In short, no idea.
If you try printing to PDF, does that work? And if so, can you then print the PDF?
Is there a Forum board for tech support & related issues? If not, should we make one?

It was strange. recipes are not printing using my computer but I tried on an iPad (which is newer) and printed out fine. I will try the PDF idea too. Thanks!
