change email

i have tried to change my email address...twice and it keeps going back to the old one. does it take time? what i do is enter new email and password, click save and it says that the changes have taken effect. but, when i leave the page and go back it returns to the old addy??? help please

Try changing it, then log out and clear your cookies, then log back in again.
