We had pecan trees when we lived on the river and it's been a fall tradition for us too. We had to fight the critters to see who could gather the most! :lol:

Donna, It came with two recipes and they both sound excellent. One is for shrimp seared in the oil combined with seasonings, garlic and lemon.
The other is for a vinaigrette and there's also this web site, which I haven't checked out.

I can tell you the pecans are sweet and tender and I can't wait to try the oil. The Jack Daniel's pralines are pretty stout. ;)

Oh! The shrimp recipe sounds great. I spent some of my youth in Georgia and I love the flavor of pecans.
