It's clear there's a lot of effort that goes into maintaining the site, the community, and hopefully making improvements. Here are 2 roles we're looking to fill:
Editor in Chief
Social Media Manager
Right now, we don't have the budget to pay for any of these positions, but considering the passion of the community and the number of members, I thought we'd start with the membership. These roles would be part-time to start, flexible hours, remote, and self-directed. If you're looking for something that aligns with your passion, this could be it! These roles could grow into paid positions and even full-time if we can realize revenue growth. In fact, once we realize the potential I know is here, we will have full-time people in these roles being paid well, treated well, and working on a team aligned in their values and vision for RecipeZazz.
This is not a cold start. Zazz gets 150,000+ visitors per month, has 100,000+ followers, nearly 40,000 recipes, and over 15,000 members. We have a lot to work with and grow on.
