Last night it was creamed dried beef over my Mountain High Fluffy Biscuits.
Tonight it's marinated/grilled pork chops, fresh picked yellow wax and green beans, and some corn.

tonight i had a bunch of these left over..so i chopped all the potatos and porkchops into small pieces... i par-boiled white rice and then added onions to a skillet and added the potato and pork chop mix and sauted......

Saturday night was crispy cornflake pork chops, green beans, and mashed potatoes. If no one has the pork chops posted, I’ll get on that. :)
