Please Help Me Find A Fried Chicken Recipe

I know this isn't the place to ask,but no one has replied to a
post in the Recipe Help Forum since March 18th.
I'm looking for your best Fried Chicken recipe using
boneless skinless chicken breasts.TYIA :D

To me removing the skin would not be fried chicken the skin is the best part :D hopefully you can find a recipe Chef shapeweaver ;)

Actually, any recipe that you see for "fried chicken" will work for BL/SL breasts. Just reduce the time cooking by about 1/2. You can check for doneness by using tongs to press a piece of the chicken against the side of your pan to open enough to see that things are not pink inside ;) I do most things the "old fashion way" so for something like chicken breast, a meat thermometer will work, but why go there :?:

I, too, love the occasional crispy chicken skin. I recently heard a nutritionist on the radio say "a piece chicken skin every week or two is not going to kill anybody". Of course, you'd want to balance that against any other fat intake in your usual diet.
