Thanks racgal. I posted in the other thread too - please upload your gorgeous photos to the recipe.

This bread surprises me in that it stays fresh much longer than any homemade bread I have ever made.

That's great that it stays fresh so long . . . I've found that if I substitute a tablespoon or two of potato flour for the bread flour, it stays moist.

DUH I forgot to put the photos on the recipe when I posted them here. :oops: I'll do that as soon as I turn on my work computer. Sweetie LOVES your bread!!!! He said "that's the best stuff that machine has turned out yet".

I don't think mine is going to stay around long enough to get stale. :lol: :lol: :lol:

GW at 4,500 ft, this bread is PERFECT as written. I didn't change a thing! I'll probably end up only making half a recipe due to the size of my pan but that's no fault of the recipe.
