Dissie, there is a place you can look up almost any brand and model number and there will be an owner manual for it. Would that be helpful to show which order to do things? http://www.manualsonline.com/

Thanks Heather . . . this is great information. Think I should move the instructions to their own topic under (ABM of course) so it's easy to find. Totally agree about measuring . . . especially when using an ABM! The best way to do that is using a kitchen scale! Love them!

A 2 pound loaf of french bed is in the abm now, and its rising!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I played with lots of recipes and developed one that works every time with my ABM. So if you haven't found the right one you might want to give this a try:

Don't know why, but when I tried to access the recipe it was unable to find. Also tried doing a search (a couple different ways) and it doesn't show up. It has already been approved hasn't it?
