I did invest in a large mixer some time ago, with a dough hook to help with the kneading part. I can’t seem to give up bread making. Nothing compares to fresh tasting breads. We never get tired of it. I’m making pizza dough tomorrow.

Planning to make pizza dough this week too! Have you tried the stretch and fold method? It's so much easier.
