That salad never looked better - Wow Love the photo Glad you love the dressing too! Course I don't mind the photo without the dressing !

Salads are so light and refreshing like this one. I would add some shrimp, scallops, or diced cooked chicken - and as mentioned. This would make a wonderful main dish.

A slice of toasted bread on the side and what a great dinner.

And wonderful pictures of all these salads.

I made this tagged salad last night for a pot-luck dinner. It is not the best picture as I took it with my cell phone but the recipe is delicious!!!! It is as the recipe title states, zingy.

YUP. it's as easy as that!! You make a salad posted here at the site and take a photo or add one of your own recipes and take a photo.
