Thanks everyone. The pooch in this photo is my baby cakes. He is a male miniature poodle. I have two miniature poodles both males, they are both precious, but one is my baby and the other in DH's baby. Strange how they "attach" to a certain person.
I also have a "grandpoochie" lol... My DD's baby. He is all 5 pounds of maltepoo, lol, he lives right next door to us but he thinks he lives here also, lol...

I have a grandpoochie also Bea! LOL She is a German Shepherd and is almost 7 years old. When Megan moved out we got custody of her because we were so attatched to her.

A good tasty healthy supper tonight :D
Both recipes are delicious, really loved the spinach, a lovely flavour with a good bite. I used chopped garlic cus i was out of garlic powder. Very tasty dish :!: with fried potato for Don.

This falls under a pretty healthy dinner for me. Even though it does have pasta. There is NO heavy sauce, just fresh spinach, shrimp which is just cooked with the pasta; and other flavors such as olives, capers, and seasoning. It is pretty simple. Also, the amount of pasta per person is relatively low for this dish. It was light, filling and delicious. Also very easy and quick to prepare.
