I tagged this over at the Recipebook tag to have with a few of my girlfriends I had invited over for a girls' night, but had to cancel as I was called in for an overtime shift. Turns out it was a perfect drink for me and DH to sip on. Soooo, this would be very nice for a VDay Drink.

Thanks everyone. You can totally give away your icing to Bea. Although I am a big icing fan too, so maybe give half to her and half to me ;).

Bergy both those photos look amazing! Those garlic spareribs, man I wouldn't mind having that plate of food right now, yummo!

Wow Bea, those martini's look delish! Love the way you rimmed the glass too. Beauty of a photo!

Another tagged recipe I think would be great for VDay. A friend of mine from work (sandy) made these for Xmas (She used xmas tree and ornament molds with green and red food coloring) and brought them to work for us to use to sweeten our coffee with. I made these in heart shaped chocolate molds which worked great. These would be cute served on a plate beside the coffee cup.

I tried this recipe this evening and I KNOW this would make a great VDay dish. Quick and easy. Perfect for all those fish lovers out there.
