I always have cottage cheese in the house and usually sub it for sour cream, sometimes whipped sometimes just as it is

Dissie, looking at your pics reminds me of the chili my mom always makes. So I guess that means it's my favorite chili, too. :D

Here's the recipe for my enchiladas (continuing the post I started earlier today)
I named them Cheesy Zuke Enchiladas.

Dissie your photo totally made me drool Beautiful shots Both good but #1 really blew me away. I know what you mean about the weather. We are going from 1 or 2 belowC to 5 to 9 above C. Our usual at this time of year is 10-15 c below with at least a foot or more of snow
