Omelettes are wonderful things, delicious and endless varieties, but this one is just as Bergy wrote it , I just make one change, i used up some Canadian bacon instead of using the ham, mmm mmm good

Cauliflower Pizza crust

That's right a pizza crust made from Cauliflower and it is delicious - you eat it with knife and fork. Thanks Mary for rzing me the link - this will be a regular it is so good. There is a cup of cheese in each but I used skim milk TexMex
